Intelligent Manufacturing
Flightwin has heavily invested in introducing high-precision CNC machining equipment and automated assembly production lines. By utilizing integrated digital design and manufacturing technologies, Flightwin continuously improves machining accuracy and production efficiency. Flightwin possesses full industrial chain production capabilities, ranging from precision mechanical processing, composite material molding, electrical testing, sub-assembly and final assembly, to system testing, environmental testing, and flight testing. Flightwin has obtained approvals for the UAV environmental impact report, safety production standardization certificate, industrial and information technology fixed asset investment project filing, dual quality system certification, environmental management system certification, and occupational health and safety management system certification.
Delivery and Training
Flightwin, based on its civil UAV training qualifications, has built a professional UAV delivery and training team. With excellent qualifications and standardized processes, the team provides training in areas such as complete aircraft delivery, pilot training, and practical scenario applications. The company offers full-process training services, from delivery and usage to daily maintenance for customers.
